The agreement between you and Bin Hire Australia.

1. Service Agreement
By engaging Bin Hire Australia for waste collection services, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a binding agreement between you (the "Customer") and Bin Hire Australia.
2. Services Provided
We agree to provide waste collection services as specified in your service agreement or online booking. This includes the provision of bins and regular collection according to the agreed schedule.
3. Customer Responsibilities
The Customer agrees to:
- Ensure bins are accessible on the scheduled collection day.
- Not overload bins beyond the specified weight limits.
- Not place prohibited items (e.g., hazardous waste, batteries, hot ash) in the bins.
- Take reasonable care of the bins provided.
4. Fees and Payment
Fees are payable monthly in arrears. Invoices are due within 14 days of issue. We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue accounts. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.
5. Cancellation
Our services are provided on a flexible 30-day basis. You may cancel your service at any time by providing 30 days' written notice.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Bin Hire Australia shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the services provided.
