Station layout

• Trio stations (general, commingled, cardboard) every 20-30 meters in food zones.
• Clear, photo-based signs showing items sold onsite.
• Back-of-house 660L/1100L for quick swaps; commingled away from sinks to avoid liquids.

Service windows

• Extra lifts after peak windows (post-interval, post-headline).
• Staff assigned to swap liners before bins reach 80% full.
• Lockable bins outdoors to stop public dumping overnight.

Contamination blockers

• Lid inserts that fit cups and bottles to keep food out of commingled.
• Coffee cups to general unless you have a dedicated cup program.
• Brief vendors on what goes where; send a one-page guide with photos.

Reporting

• Track lifts by stream and contamination events; share a next-event improvement list.
• Note blocked access or overflow spots to add temporary stations next time.
