Every month-end, we attach an ESG waste summary with your invoice. Here is what you can expect and how to use it.

What is included

• Diversion rate (by stream: general, cardboard, commingled, organics).
• Total lifts by stream and estimated weights.
• Contamination events and quick notes on cause.
• Estimated emissions (CO2e) using standard factors.
• Recommended actions (bin sizing, signage, scheduling).

Timing and format

• Sent on the last calendar day of the month with your invoice.
• One-page summary plus a CSV for multi-site customers.
• Plain English notes so operators know what to fix.

How to act on it

• If a stream is low and clean, consider dropping a pickup.
• If contamination repeats, we include a one-line fix (signage, move bin, adjust lids).
• If general waste is high, add or right-size cardboard/organics to lift diversion.
