A 15-minute monthly check keeps costs down and prevents surprises on invoices.

Checklist

Fullness: Are bins 60-80% at pickup? Drop or add pickups accordingly.
Streams: Is cardboard/organics separated everywhere it should be?
Contamination: Any rejections? Add signage or move bins if needed.
Access: Any blocked bays or overfilled bins? Take photos and log.
Seasonal: Summer organics frequency high enough? Rain risk adding weight?
Invoices vs. plan: Do lifts match the agreed schedule? Any extras to explain?
