• Pallets: stack for return or reuse; do not fill bins with timber.

Safety and compliance

• Mark bin zones; keep forklift paths clear.
• Lids must close flat; overfills risk double-lift fees and safety issues.
• Keep a simple log of contamination and blocked access for audits.

Pickup cadence

• Start with two lifts per week for cardboard and general; adjust after two weeks of fullness checks.
• Align pickups with production peaks and shutdowns.
