Secure Document Destruction and Paper Bins

Offices need two paper streams: secure for sensitive documents, and regular cardboard/paper for everything else.

Secure bins

• Locked consoles or 240L secure bins near printers and file rooms.
• Scheduled swaps with chain-of-custody and certificate of destruction.
• No plastics, food, or metal in secure bins.

Paper/cardboard stream

• 240L/360L on floors; 660L/1100L in main rooms.
• Flatten boxes; keep food and liquids out.

Tuning and costs

• If secure bins are half full, reduce swap frequency; if always full, add one console before adding pickups.
• Combine secure swaps with regular waste runs to reduce site visits.
